Tiber Course.
Tiber Course is Dopara Group’s first product and internal proof-of-work — a practical course platform and content pipeline for creating, managing, and publishing structured learning content. Public home: tibercourse.com.
It’s being built as a real course business first — with backend systems, content workflows, approval gates, and publishing tools designed before heavy UI polish. We build and test our own systems before we sell the approach.
A structured way to make course content.
The parts that make it work.
Course Studio / backend
The source of truth. Manages course structure, lessons, scripts, assets, approval status, and the publishing workflow.
Local browser dashboard
The goal is to run the system from other laptops on the local network through a browser dashboard, so it isn’t locked to one machine.
Script & lesson management
Each lesson has a clear script, objectives, content blocks, and status tracking.
Image generation
Stills are created from reference images and controlled prompts, for visual consistency across lessons.
Video generation
Tools like Kling are used for video where appropriate, with Google Vids as a fallback option.
Voiceover
Voiceovers use ElevenLabs with the Tiber Course voice, Alistair — and go through approval before final use.
FFmpeg assembly
Local FFmpeg processing combines audio, images, video clips, captions, and final exports.
Approval gates
Each stage has an approval gate, so paid generation and final exports are never wasted.
Human-in-the-loop
AI tools support the process, but humans approve every important step.
Nothing expensive happens without a yes.
The pipeline is designed around control, not blind automation. Each major step has an approval gate so the final course content stays accurate, useful, and on-brand.
