Where a job is done by hand every week and does not need judgement, we automate it. Where it does need judgement, we build the screen that makes the judgement quick and leave the decision with a person. That applies to the parts of a workflow where an AI model genuinely helps, too — it is a tool in the box, not the reason to build something.
