Who we are

Dopara Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for the information you share with us. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17170040), with our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We build custom software, websites and automations for UK businesses. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email help@doparagroup.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you give us, which may include:

• Your name, business name, email, and (optionally) website
• The workflow or problem you want to improve, and what you’re looking for
• Your timeline and budget range

We do not collect any of this unless you choose to send it to us.

Why we use it

We use the information from your enquiry only to respond to it — to review your workflow, suggest next steps, and (if you’d like) prepare a quote. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Business contact and outreach information

Separately from website enquiries, we may collect publicly available professional information about people working at organisations that could reasonably benefit from our services. This can include a person’s name, job title, employer, business email address, telephone number and LinkedIn profile.

We obtain this information from public company websites, professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, corporate publications and other legitimate public business sources. We do not use guessed personal email addresses.

We process this information under our legitimate interests in introducing relevant Dopara Group services to organisations that may benefit from them. Before contacting someone, we consider whether the communication is relevant and proportionate to their professional role.

Business contact information is used only for targeted business-to-business outreach, responding to correspondence and maintaining a suppression list. We do not sell it.

You can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply “no” to any email, or contact help@doparagroup.com. We will stop marketing to you and keep only the minimum information needed to make sure you are not contacted again.

Prospecting records are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful interaction, unless a business relationship develops. Suppression records may be kept for longer so that opt-out requests remain effective.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and, where relevant, to manage a project. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Where it’s stored

Enquiries are stored securely. To run our business we use a small number of trusted providers — a hosted database, email, and a spreadsheet — to hold and act on what you send us. We choose providers that handle data responsibly. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where that happens, we rely on providers that commit to equivalent data-protection safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, email help@doparagroup.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only what’s needed to function. We don’t run general website analytics, so nothing here follows you around or builds a profile of what you read.

The one exception is advertising measurement, and only on our Local Law 97 tool at tenurebook.com/ll97. When we pay for an advert, we need to know whether that advert brought anyone useful, and that needs a cookie set by Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It records that a visit followed an advert, and whether you looked up a building or asked us for a report. It does not record which building, and we never send Meta your name, your email address or anything you typed — even in scrambled form.

Whether you’re asked first depends on where you are. In the UK and the EU the law says we must ask before setting that kind of cookie, so we do, and nothing is set until you answer. Outside those places we’re not required to ask and don’t. Either way, saying no is one click, it’s no harder than saying yes, and the tool works exactly the same — every figure it shows you is identical.

If you said yes and change your mind, clear your browser storage for the site and you’ll be asked again. If you said no, we remember that and don’t ask again.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
